Return and refunds
Thank you for shopping at GRADO. We hope you liked our products but if for any reason you are not happy with what you received, please let us know.
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damaged during the delivery process please send an email to email@example.com and we can sort out your refund.
Include in your email your name, order number and pictures of the product and packging to confirm your item is eligible for a refund in case it arrived damaged or has a manufacturing problem.
After 10 days of receiving your order it is not possible to ask for a refund.
